Ski School Adamello Brenta meeting points

Find out where to meet the instructors of our ski school in Madonna di Campiglio for private ski and snowboard lessons and children’s ski courses.

The Campiglio ski area surrounds the village of Madonna di Campiglio and comprises four main areas: 5 Laghi, Pradalago, Spinale and Grostè. The village lies in a natural basin at the centre of the ski area, while the slopes and lifts are spread across the surrounding mountainsides. Each area is accessible via a cable car departing from the village and taking skiers up to the slopes. The Grostè cable car is the only one located slightly outside the village centre. The different ski areas face one another. The 5 Laghi and Pradalago areas are located on the side characterised by the tonalite rock of the Adamello-Presanella range, while the Spinale and Grostè areas are located on the side of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These four areas almost form a circular route, which is connected by slopes and lifts. This allows you to move between them without taking off your skis.

The Pradalago/Fortini area has the easiest slopes and is served by the Pradalago and Fortini cable cars. Most of our lessons start here, as the slopes are particularly suitable for those transitioning from the beginners’ area. Our office on the slopes is also located here, directly opposite Rifugio Viviani. Ski School Adamello Brenta is the only ski school with an office directly on the slopes.

The beginners’ area is located slightly further away, but can easily be reached on foot. Parking is available at Passo Campo Carlo Magno and at the Grostè and Fortini cable car departure stations. From there, you can reach the Spinale area on skis using the Nube d’Argento cable car. The Grostè and Fortini cable cars are also easily accessible from the beginners’ area. Fortini is particularly suitable for beginners, who can then continue onto the blue slopes of the Pradalago/Fortini area.

The Grostè area is the furthest from the centre and is the highest point of the ski area. At the top of the Grostè Express chairlift, you will reach an altitude of around 2,500 metres. This is also where the well-known snow park is located. The slopes of Madonna di Campiglio are also connected to those in Pinzolo and Folgarida/Marilleva, forming the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area, which has around 150 km of slopes. You can take the connecting cable car from the 5 Laghi area to Pinzolo and from the Pradalago area to the slopes of Folgarida/Marilleva.
