CONDITIONS OF SALE – Scuola Italiana Sci Adamello Brenta
All lessons must be paid for in advance.
The person who made the booking declares, with the payment, to know the general conditions of sale, to have read them and to have explicitly accepted them.
The conditions of sale are as follows:
• The private lesson time is 50 minutes; lessons lasting more than a single hour end 10 minutes before the hour (1h 50 ', 2h 50' ...)
• For private lessons with "teacher on request" we reserve the right to change at any time, for
secretary reasons, with a professional instructor who has the same qualities as indicated by the client.
• The group ski lessons for children end at 12:45
• Group lessons cannot be converted into private lessons.
• Ski pass and equipment are not included in the price of the lesson.
• Both private and group lessons take place in any weather condition. In case of total closure of the lifts, the lessons not taken will not be refunded but will be made up for.
• All group courses are activated with a minimum of participants per level and type.
• Pupils under the age of 18 must be picked up by their parents at the end of the lesson: no exceptions will be agreed.
• In the event that students under the age of 18 are withdrawn late, payment for the next hour will be required.
Refunds
• Refunds for group lessons are carried out in cases of injury or illness from the day following the presentation of the medical certificate, issued by a local doctor, applying the rates below:
- Euro 70.00 per day for full day group courses for kids.
- Euro 40.00 per day for kids group courses.
- Euro 25.00 per day for the adult course.
• Refunds for private lessons:
They are carried out in cases of injury or illness from the day following the presentation of the medical certificate issued by a local doctor.
• All refunds granted by the school administration will be paid by bank transfer.
Advanced Bookings and online
• Group courses booked online must be fully paid for in advance, before the starting of lessons/courses.
• Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the requested reservation is required to confirm the reservation.
• In the event of an impediment communicated in writing by e-mail at least 10 days before the start of the course, the full amount minus 10% will be returned as a secretarial fee.
• All refunds granted by the school administration will be paid by bank transfer.
• 10% will not be withheld for secretarial purposes if a residual value voucher is requested, to be used within one year.
COVID - Refunds and cancellations
The cancellation of the advanced booking will be granted up to the day before the start of the lessons or courses booked, in the case of a "closed" province or region , or by submitting a mandatory trustee home isolation certificate (covid 19) issued by the health authorities competence. Refunds for causes related to the Covid19 pandemic provides for the return of the entire amount less 10% by way of secretarial fees.
